Why I founded CRM-plus
I founded CRM-plus because I saw that Salesforce offered a powerful way to bridge business and IT.
It was not about technology alone, but about translating business needs into practical solutions and making CRM truly work for organizations.
CRM-plus grew from the belief that business and technology should reinforce each other.
Background
I hold a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and started my career in the USA, in Austin, Texas — a city often described as a second Silicon Valley. It was there that sales, service and CRM became part of my DNA.
Years later, at Accenture, I learned how to help customers through business consulting — working with complex organizations, understanding their challenges and finding practical ways forward.
All of these experiences eventually led to CRM-plus.

What keeps me interested
Today I apply all of these experiences in advisory and implementation trajectories for clients who are dealing with real business challenges. I remain driven by understanding businesses, improving them, and helping people turn ideas into practical results.
Every new engagement brings the opportunity to learn, to see things from a different perspective, and to make a positive, lasting impact. That is what keeps me curious and motivated.
