Creating one commercial way of working after a five-company merger

After five companies merged, Logistyx needed one commercial way of working. We helped harmonise the sales process and translate it into a practical Salesforce solution that created clarity across the new organization.

Following the merger of five companies, Logistyx faced a familiar challenge: bringing different commercial organizations, processes and ways of working together without losing momentum.

CRM-plus worked closely with the Sales Executive Officer to create a common commercial approach. The starting point was not Salesforce, but the business: understanding what the combined organization wanted to sell, how the sales process should work and what management needed to see in order to steer the business.

Together, we harmonized the sales process across the organization and translated that into a practical Salesforce setup. The work combined strategic thinking with hands-on implementation, allowing decisions about the future organization to be tested and refined directly in the system.

The result was a shared way of working that created greater clarity across the merged organization and gave management a stronger basis for steering commercial performance.
